The verdict
Yang’s Malaysian Food Truck has recently parked up permanently at Yang & Co in Castlecrag. Chef and owner Alexander Wong has taken his favourite ‘Australian Asian’ foods from his childhood and pairs these with seasonal, local ingredients and an interesting wine list to match. But don’t worry, the food truck fave Singapore chilli soft-shell crab is still on the menu, sitting next to a tea smoked duck with roti or a poached Queensland prawn and corn wonton with ramen broth and onsen egg.
