the verdict
Yellow Fever is all about the rolls and bowls. This new little café in Redfern boasts a menu jam-packed full of fresh, Vietnamese cuisine. Generous serving sizes are a huge plus for these guys and everything on offer tastes as good as it looks. Dine in and enjoy the sunny fit out, or grab a vermicelli salad to go and perhaps treat yourself to a Vietnamese iced coffee too.
These guys might be new but we're calling it— they are a hot contender for best banh mi in Sydney. The meats marinade for a whole day, yes guys, 24 hours of flavour. They are then cooked and coals and finished with all the necesarry trimmings.
