Sydney is fast becoming a city of rooftop bars, and we sure as hell aren’t complaining. The latest luxe addition to our city skyline is Zephyr, atop the Hyatt Regency in Sydney’s CBD.
Overlooking Darling Harbour, you can expect vermouth inspired cocktails and all of the rums, with Sydney’s largest range of aperitifs and digestives all in the one place. There will also be barrel aged cocktails and a food menu that’s infused with wine and rum—let’s just say, it’s sounding a lot like our kind of place.
