The verdict

There should be zero degrees of separation between you and what could quite possibly be Sydney’s most exciting dessert spot, Zero Degrees. This sweet spot is bringing even more foot traffic to the already bustling Regent Place on George Street and is home to the most inventive and delicious desserts in Sydney.

The Korean favourite bingsu, a shaved milk ice dessert, is served up with generous vanilla soft serve and sprinkled with the ‘everyone favourite’, Oreos. Also, popsicles have re-entered our lives after being somewhat dormant since childhood, and they’re back better than ever with real, fresh frozen fruit and all natural flavours.

However, the crowning glory of Zero Degrees has to be the egg waffles, served piping hot in the shape of a pufferfish. The fish waffle (shaped, only shaped) is filled with delicious red bean and topped with vanilla soft serve and edible decorations.
