Speciality coffee roasters, an exquisite bakery and wholesome café, The Grounds of Alexandria is a sanctuary set amongst the industrial heartland of Alexandria. Housed in an early 1900's pie factory, with a coffee research and testing facility on site, and luscious veggie garden out front, The Grounds of Alexandria possesses a passion for produce. On the weekends the space is brimming with families, so be sure to get in early.

They've also got their own soda bar, where they're serving up some crazy creations daily. Our fave is their unicorn soda (obviously), which is topped with more whipped cream than you can handle, melted chocolate, fairy floss, sprinkles, meringue AND a lollipop. We almost can't handle it, but will definitely try to drink two. 

The Grounds of Alexandria’s “Sounds From The Grounds” music evening series is back! If you missed out on their Latin Music and Salsa Night in May, never fear—tickets are available for the June event. In their lush garden with twinkling fairy lights, you can dance the winter night away, sip on sangria, and graze your way through their special, one-off South American menu—we’re talking tacos, arepas and quesadillas, y’all.
