Pantone has decreed 2025 will be the year of Mocha Mousse and it’s giving silky glamour meets simple, everyday luxury. By extension, the announcement has sparked a cascade of design daydreams, from minimalist chic to lively earth-inspired florals. And tiles—specifically, the brand new tile range by ABI Interiors.

While not available in the It-Girl hue itself, the handmade and handmade-look tiles deliver on a swathe of key 2025 interior design trends including clean lines with a cosy twist, texture, eco-friendly living and monochrome pastel and if that isn’t the gentle charm of Mocha Mousse incarnate, we don’t know what is.

As purveyors of spaces people love to be in, we’ve been waxing lyrical about the space-enhancing potential of interiors for far longer than a hot minute. Well-wielded they transform ‘just a space’ into a sumptuous den of luxury and this is only more true of our homes.

According to those design trends, 2025 should see the rise of home wellness spaces (think: restful corners and miniature home yoga studios, plants, candles, hygge) and ABI Interiors’ tiles will feature heavily, forming the palette for your day-to-day.

Choose intuitively, from small to large format, each in a spectrum of white, grey, beige, black, green, orange, yellow, pink, red and blue. And rest easy knowing the tiles carry as much practicality as they do visual appeal—the porcelain edit is durable, stain and scratch-resistant.

The jewel in the crown of the new collection, however, is their boutique collection of small-format tiles, reminiscent of the Co-founder’s Japanese heritage blended with European design and feature Zellige tiles, especially, made from natural clay are an utter delight. Plus, there’s also a mosaic range of ceramic, glass, travertine, or stone edits.

Most importantly, the tiles have a pricepoint that won’t make you blush—a proverbial middle finger to wellness that costs a bomb. Love that.
