Melbourne-based social enterprise and streetwear label HoMie does epic work in supporting young people affected by homelessness and hardship, and its REBORN program explores reuse in the fashion industry by upcycling garments into unique pieces.
Beloved Aussie brand Country Road has collaborated with HoMie on a limited-edition collection that sees past-season Heritage Sweats reimagined, combining deconstructed pieces of the comfort staples into striking new garments.

“What excites me most about this partnership is our shared commitment to responsibility,” says HoMie’s creative director, Marcus Crook.
“Making use of existing materials means we can reduce our reliance on new resources. It also provides a unique line of cool garments that you won't find anyone else wearing.”
The limited-edition collaboration collection has fewer than 250 units—you can shop them in Country Road stores at Brighton, Chadstone and South Yarra stores in Melbourne, or Warringah Mall in Sydney.
