So, let’s take a look inside this Aussie-first sleep hotel. The takeover of Strand Hotel includes ten custom Sleep zzZ-suites, uniquely designed by Emma’s global Dream Team of sleep experts and psychologists to cater to different types of sleepers.
Step inside the fitted-out hotel and you’ll be greeted at entry by a Snoreman who is dedicated to ensuring you have the ultimate sleep experience. You’ll then be taken through a Pillow Pairing session where you’ll be matched with your ideal pillow to suit your sleeping position and needs. Head to the hotel’s Rest-ception Desk for a 2pm tuck-in, where you’ll be guided to your room to experience a personalised 1:1 session with Emma’s resident Snooze-ologist to assess your sleeping habits.
The rooms are kitted out with sleep assistance packs, evening turndown service, and a room service menu that includes items such as a guided meditation or bedtime story. Rest easy on Emma’s premium product available in Australia, the Emma Zero Gravity Mattress, with excellent thermoregulation and airflow for those who run hot at night.
