We’re seeking out mental wellbeing and belonging, whether that’s with a swim squad and Saturday brunch or park run with daytime DJs.

Feel like you’re missing out? It’s never too late. From social jogs to swim sessions, cycling routes and afternoons on the courts with mates, Melbourne has a host of ways to start moving or pick up where you left off. All abilities, all ages, all communities.
