Diving into Woodcut’s new Counter Cut menu might be the best decision you make all year. One for those who enjoy a little whimsy with their lunch, think shiitake mushrooms smothered in mushroom butter with shiso and seaweed, crab cakes paired with an umami-heavy oyster mayonnaise, hemp seeds and saltbush, or perfectly cooked O’Connor grass-fed centre cut fillet with crispy, golden potatoes and a drizzle of Paris butter.
