The World’s 50 Best Hotels List Just Dropped, With Three Aussie Stays In The Mix
The 2025 edition of The World’s 50 Best was just announced—and for the first time ever, they’ve added an extended 51–100 list for a little extra stunner travel inspo. Hong Kong won the top gong (we love an unintentional rhyme), Bangkok cleaned up with a whopping three hotels in the top 10 and our bella Italia swept two top spots too.

Two dreamy Aussie spots proudly scored in the top 50 this year with the ultra chic, sky-high city digs of Capella Sydney at #12 and Brisbane's beloved Calile Hotel and its Palm Springs inspired vibes hitting #34. The South Aussie gem Southern Ocean Lodge (also named the World's 50 Best coveted Hotel To Watch thank you very much) came roaring in at a very neat #69.
