Christmas is coming to Adelaide, and in classic form, it’s the dazzling festive light displays we’re probably the most excited for. This year, every corner of A-town is set to glow with festive light displays that are worth your attention.
We’ve combed through North, South and East Adelaide and found the creme de la creme of Christmas light spectaculars for you to explore in 2025. From wildly festooned suburban homes to actual lasers lighting up a Christmas themed night club (in someone’s driveway), here’s your comprehensive guide to the best Christmas lights across Adelaide in 2025.
Best Christmas Lights In Adelaide’s Southern Suburbs

Warradale
30 Gardiner Avenue
From November 29 to January 6th, this wild Star Wars-themed Christmas display will be popping off at 30 Gardiner Avenue in Adelaide’s inner south-west. With over 100,000 LED lights, music and an all-new Star Wars theme that’s debuting in 2025, this is a Christmas light show with a twist that you’ve most likely never seen before. Come by 8.30pm until 12.30am for a show that’s got a ‘force’ to remember.

Park Holme
8 Bowaka Street
Hit up 8 Bowaka for music, interactive displays, giant inflatable Christmassy-things, lasers, projections and the odd Santa appearance. We’re told kids love the resident Santa Sleigh on the premises. Displays run from December 1 till Christmas Day, and lights switch on at 8.30pm.

50 Tiparra Avenue
With a self-described ‘mega’ display that features hundreds and thousands of rainbow lights that are set to coat the lawn to the roof, this is one house you don’t want to miss. With music, moving features and projections all set to light up the night, you’re in for a treat.

Sheidow Park
79 Nari Drive
We’re talking a huge blow-up Santa, moving features, inflatable displays and cool projections, as well as a large driveway you’re encouraged to explore. All donations at 79 Nari Drive go to the Women’s and Children’s hospital. This display is on from December 1st to 31st, with lights on from 8pm to 11.30pm.

9 Elura Court
This house in Elura Court is putting on an impressive display that includes music, inflatables, decorated roof, walk-in house display, epic Christmas statues and an abundance of Australian natives too. Keep your eyes peeled for an abundance of Santas. Running from December 1st to 31st, come by from 8.30pm to midnight for a show.
37 Enginehouse Drive
Expect loads of different colours, interactive displays, cool festive inflatables, a decorated roof and flashy window display, plus lasers, projections and plenty of Christmas magic at Enginehouse Drive. Running from November 29 to December 31st, the lights will switch on from 8.30pm to 11pm.
Best Christmas Lights In Adelaide’s Eastern Suburbs
Dernancourt
Karingal Road
Returning once again with all its dramatic, laser-esque glory is the wildly immersive display at Karingal Road in Dernancourt, at the corner of Yaralinda Street. This ‘Christmas Night Club’ brings the action with lasers, smoke, sound and a driveway dance floor for kids. All made to support the Make-A-Wish-Foundation, you can walk through a ‘museum’ of sorts displaying rare objects the organisers have collected over a decade, and marvel at a Christmas light extravaganza that’ll deck the house out from ground to roof. They’ll be open from December 5 to December 25, from 8.30pm sharp each night.

Campbelltown
1 Tyrone Avenue
Want to push an interactive button that generates a fully computerised dance show starring jaunty gingerbread people, lollipops and animated Christmas ornaments? Head to 1 Tyrone Ave. Running from 30th November to 30th December, from 6pm to 10.30pm, this is a festive extravaganza that involves buttons that change the lights and activate water jets. Gasp!

Best Christmas Lights In Adelaide’s Northern Suburbs
Croydon Park
45 Days Road
In Adelaide’s north-west, at 45 Days Road, you’ll find a light display that is all about MAXIMALISM. With 50,000 LED lights, moving elements, interactive displays, sing-a-long Christmas music, hidden elves that you need to search for amongst all the dazzlers and a cool walk-in display, this is a community-made art piece that’s worth a visit. Even better, proceeds from donations go to supporting the 2nd Prospect Sea Scout Group. This display runs from December 1 to December 31, from 8pm to 10pm.

Greenwith
10 Reordan Drive
With inflatables, licensed use of fun Christmas characters, moving displays, lasers and glittering projections, the fun is turned up to the max at 10 Reordan Drive. Visit from 8pm to midnight from early December to Christmas Day.

6 Bechervaise Court
Running from November 21 to January 2nd, 2026, this epic display at 6 Bechervaise Court is created by folks who have been doing this for 20 years. Expect amazing colours, a huge glowy nativity scene, a decorated roof, snowman, projector display and a big ol’ inflatable Santa. The lights are on from 7pm until 10.30pm.
