The Gold Coast's hotel scene is about to get a serious injection of international luxury with the much-anticipated Andaz Gold Coast now taking reservations ahead of its late 2026 opening. Marking the Australian and Pacific debut of the globally recognised lifestyle brand, the 202-room hotel is set to land in the heart of Broadbeach with a distinctly Gold Coast take on the Andaz experience.

Occupying a prime spot on Casino Drive, the hotel will put guests within easy reach of the beach, Pacific Fair, the ever-growing lineup of restaurants and bars, and everything else that Broadbeach has to offer. But, honestly, leaving the property might not even make it onto your agenda, with an expansive pool deck, elevated wellness facilities and an impressive selection of food and drink venues all part of the offering at Andaz Gold Coast.

Designed by Australian architecture firm DBI Architects with interiors by Hachem, the hotel takes its cues from the Gold Coast's changing light, tracing the journey from a bright Pacific sunrise through to the rich colours of hinterland twilight. Expect warm tones, striking materials, plenty of greenery and floor-to-ceiling windows, creating spaces that feel polished and contemporary without losing their connection to the coast.

"From sunrise-lit guestrooms and expressive dining to afternoons around the pool and cocktails at golden hour, every element has been shaped around the way people want to experience this destination," says Andaz Gold Coast General Manager, Saraid Carey.

Across the 202 rooms and suites, the vibe leans luxurious rather than corporate—some rooms open onto their own outdoor nooks, while the suites go all in with sprawling living zones, double vanities and tubs made for a long soak. Top of the range is the Andaz Residence Suite, built around a huge entertainer's terrace and seamless indoor-outdoor flow, ideal for anyone staying a while or hosting their own crowd.

On the food front, Nove Restaurant and Bar swaps typical hotel dining for a fire-lit, produce-driven menu that puts a modern Australian spin on classic Mediterranean flavours, built around plates made to pass around the table. Vista Lounge will be the hotel's social hub, moving from daytime coffees and catch-ups into evening drinks, while Verde Bar leans into the sunset hours with cocktails and sophisticated small bites.

Then there's the Andaz Pool Club, where cabanas, cocktails and poolside dining turn a lazy afternoon into a proper day out. A fully equipped Technogym fitness centre will cover the wellness side of things, while Andaz's local hosts will help guests get beyond the usual tourist trail, connecting them with the people, places, food and creative culture shaping the modern Gold Coast.

If you're already plotting a stay, reservations are officially open and the grand opening offer takes 20% off eligible room rates (25% for World of Hyatt members), while the Gold Coast escape package throws in a $100 dining and drinking credit plus a complimentary upgrade. Both are bookable now for stays between 14 December 2026 and 30 June 2027.

Check it out and get ready to check in to Broadbeach's chicest new hotel—we're already eyeing that pool.
