Think you know every luxe coastal pocket on the Gold Coast? Think again. The team behind some of Queensland’s most refined developments is back with Blonde—a new wave of beachfront living that’s all about understated luxury, wellness, and effortless connection to nature.

Developed by Highlife Property Group in collaboration with BDA Architecture, Blonde is an exclusive collection of 19 luxury residences that’s set to redefine the southern Gold Coast skyline, right on the iconic Golden Four Drive.

Nestled along Golden Four Drive, Blonde takes full advantage of Bilinga’s uncrowded beachfront.

Designed in collaboration with BDA Architecture, each of the three- and four-bedroom residences has been shaped by Highlife’s signature philosophy: listen first, design second. Years of insight into how buyers live, unwind, and connect have informed every choice and finish, inside and out.

“The design isn’t loud,” says Elyse George, Co-Founder and Director of Highlife. “It’s not chasing trends or trying to make a statement that won’t age well. It just feels calm, grounded, and right.”

Each residence is oriented toward the ocean, offering uninterrupted views from Tugun to Kirra, with large sliding doors, soft acoustics, and a natural flow between indoors and out.

Inside The Design

This isn’t your typical statement-build. Blonde’s interiors are all about subtlety and longevity—expect a palette of oak joinery, brushed brass details, and natural stone, layered with warm, tactile textures that mirror the surrounding dunes. It’s modern minimalism, but it isn't soulless or grey.

“The layout and design of the amenities are deliberate, to support daily rituals and bring something quietly enriching to everyday life" explains Georgia. "Every decision comes from a deep level of understanding, and I think that’s why people connect with Blonde. It feels like it was made for them. Because ultimately, it was”.

Shared spaces follow the same ethos: a magnesium swimming pool lined with sunbeds, infrared sauna, hot and cold plunge pools, surfboard storage, and a BBQ terrace built for long summer nights is a hosting dream.

Construction is officially underway, with completion slated for mid-2027. The project includes a four-bedroom ground-floor residence and two expansive penthouses, each with private rooftop pools and spas overlooking the horizon.

Prices start from $3.9 million, and interest is already strong—no surprise, given Blonde’s perfect blend of beachfront positioning and understated design.

You can express interest online, but we recommend getting in quick—the penthouse rooftops are tipped to become some of the best sunset-viewing spots on the entire southern coast.
