A $900M Wellness-Led Lifestyle Development Is Coming To Surfers Paradise
Surfers Paradise is set to welcome one of Australia’s most aspirational new addresses with the unveiling of 'South Beach', a $900 million wellness-led property by local developer Andrews.
Set across two 37-level towers and a six-level podium, the Miami-inspired development features 394 residences and a ground-level restaurant spilling onto landscaped outdoor seating.
Wellness is at the heart of the project, with over 5,500sqm of resort-style amenities designed to inspire connection and relaxation.
We're talking about two palm-fringed pools, plunge pools, a Hammam, saunas, a state-of-the-art gym, sub-tropical gardens, a cinema, library and co-working hub, BBQ terraces, and even a grounding lawn.
The building has been designed in collaboration with Bates Smart, a citymaking design practice that integrates architecture, interiors, and urban design to improve how people live.
Drawing on the clean lines and geometry of modernist Miami architecture, the residential-only towers will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with dual or triple-aspect balconies and views across the ocean, city, and river.
Positioned two blocks from the shoreline on Surfers Paradise Boulevard, South Beach reflects a shift towards design-led, wellness-focused living on the Gold Coast—bringing together architecture, amenity, and location in equal measure.
Construction is scheduled to commence in late 2025, but you can enquire online to register your interest, recieve access to floorplans and gain additional information.
