Wildlands Festival Returns To Brisbane’s New Year’s Eve With An Exclusive WORSHIP Performance

Brisbane's biggest New Year's Eve party is officially making a comeback.

After shifting to New Year's Day last summer, Wildlands Festival is officially returning to its iconic New Year's Eve slot, reclaiming Brisbane Showgrounds on Thursday 31 December to help ring in 2027 with a stacked day of dance music.

Leading the first announcement is a major Australian exclusive. Drum and bass supergroup WORSHIP—made up of Sub Focus, Dimension, Culture Shock and 1991—will make its long-awaited Australian debut at Wildlands, with Brisbane and Perth the only places to catch the collective this summer. Between them, the four artists have sold out Red Rocks and Alexandra Palace, dominated festival stages including Coachella and Ultra Miami, and amassed multiple gold and platinum records.

Beyond the music, Wildlands is refreshing the festival experience with reworked stage designs and site layouts. The open-air Sahara Stage is returning with upgraded production, the Summit Stage is back with new live performance elements, and a brand-new Wilds Stage will give punters the chance to party alongside the DJs from an on-stage viewing area.

VIP upgrades are also back via the Casamigos House of Friends experience, offering express entry, exclusive viewing areas, complimentary drinks on arrival, private bars and amenities, FastPass lanes, phone charging and more. Flexible payment plans through Afterpay will also be available.

While WORSHIP is the first act to be revealed, plenty more lineup announcements are still to come. Previous Wildlands editions have welcomed artists including Tyler, The Creator, Peggy Gou, Dom Dolla, FISHER, Diplo, Kid Cudi and Chase & Status, so expectations are high for another huge summer.
