Madame V

There’s a certain level of groundswell that occurs when award-winning chef and restaurateur Daniel Ridgeway opens a new venture on the Gold Coast. To describe the groundswell as loud would be inaccurate. Resounding would suit. Perhaps even deafening. 

Best known for his award-winning Little Truffle Dining Room & Bar, Daniel and his team are bringing a new Asian-inspired restaurant to Palm Beach and we couldn’t be more excited. Madame V will blend traditional and modern Asian flavours, offering an exquisite à la carte dining experience, a stylish lounge bar, and signature Yum Cha Sundays.

While menu details are still under wraps, small plates like sticky pork ribs with black vinegar caramel and tempura vegetables with ginger salt and wasabi mayonnaise will star alongside larger meals like spicy beef tenderloin with sesame and chilli and miso salmon with sweet white miso sauce.

Additionally, an extensive array of handmade dumplings, sushi, tataki, and buns will also feature on the menu. The lobster bao, barbeque pork buns and Wagyu beef dumplings are predicted to be crowd favourites.
