If you’re anything like us, then you probably picked up a few hobbies in 2020, but these ladies went next level and turned their hobby into a startup business. Cardigang is the brainchild of Cat Bloxsom and Morgan Collins, and they’re on a mission to make knitting cool for all ages, not just your hipster granny.

If you’ve never picked up a pair of knitting needles before, don’t worry, neither had Cat and Morgan until 2020. They learnt to knit during Melbourne’s lockdown and it didn’t take long for them to become total pros. After a few YouTube tutorials and nights spent on Zoom, their lockdown activity was quickly transformed into a business.

Now with the help of Cardigang, you can walk down the street sporting your latest creation and when someone asks where you got it (because they definitely will), you can smugly own your accomplishment.

They’ve got five easy-to-follow DIY kits, each containing 100% Australian Merino Wool—available in eighteen awesome colours—knitting needles, and their super simple patterns and instructions. Each knit kit comes with a free tote too, so you can work on your project on-the-go.

Browse their range of knits and yarns on their website and join the Cardigang.
