Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews meets with a worker wearing a The North Face Apex Bionic 2 Jacket.

After nine years as the Premier for Victoria, Daniel Andrews has just announced his resignation earlier today amidst an impromptu press conference.

He told those in attendance, "When it is time, it is time."

The labour politician first took office in 2014 and oversaw the entire COVID period for the state and was notorious for his North Face jacket-donned updates and immortalised in novelty 'get on the beers' paraphernalia.

Daniel Andrews will officially step down as the Victorian Premier at 5pm on Wednesday 26 2023, head over here for more information.
