Our love of beer, golf and Daft Punk tribute bands runs deep, and the legends over at Colonial Brewing Co. are delivering all of this and more on Saturday, 15 May.
Yep, in celebration of Good Beer Week, they’re throwing Draught Punk Beer Fest, a homage to Daft Punk and bloody good beer.
Here, you’ll be invited to walk through the brewery, meet the brewers and quench your thirst with limited run and unreleased brews.
Between sips, step into the golf simulator, take a swing and create your Happy Gilmore moment. If you accurately guess your drive you’ll go in the running to win a brand new TaylorMade driver and five cases of TaylorMade Lager. Better still, $5 for every 10 drives goes to Sustainable Table.
Not only will Colonial Brewing Co be serving up bloody good brews, but they’ll also be serving up back-to-back DJ sets from noon so you can truly let loose. Once 8:30pm rolls around prepare for the energy peak when electronic maestro and Prince Bandroom royalty John Course takes the stage.
Closing out the night with a killer performance will be Daft Punk tribute band, Discovery. This tribute show is the second last stop in a nearly sold-out Australian tour, so you best arrive early to avoid the heartbreak of missing out.
It’s been a rough year, so let’s all let off some steam and party. For all the event deets see below or head here.
