Now seems to be the time when everyone's planning what adventurous things they'll be up to when lockdown finally ends.
The Grampians Peaks Trail is a huge trail that is currently being built in the Grampians National Park. And all things going to plan, it will be complete by the end of 2020.
How Long is The Grampians Peaks Trail?
The whole trail stretches for 160km, with the first stage of the project opening back in 2015.
Can You Camp On The Trail?
When complete, the Grampians Peaks Trail will have 12 campsites that you can access for day walks, overnight sections, or if you're tackling the whole trail on what will be a 13-day journey.
What Can You See On The Trail?
Walking through the picturesque Grampians National Park, you'll see amazing natural features such as rocky peaks and outcrops, gorges and gullies, waterfalls, forests and lakes.
There are plenty of native animals that call the national park home too, so keep your eye out for echidnas, platypus, emus, cassowaries, and others.
