New year’s eve can be a tricky one, the entire night typically hinders on your location and your company. One sure-fire way to sort one half of that equation is to book yourself a table for Kisumé's incredibly stacked new year's eve lineup.
The elegant Flinders Lane Japanese diner will be offering a chef’s tasting menu which will be split between the downstairs and upstairs dining space, Chablis Bar. On the menu will be a journey through some of the finest seasonal seafood and produce available; we’re talking kingfish tataki, with a mustard miso, and Angus beef tenderloin cooked rare with foie gras.
The last day of the year typically permits a bit of excess and to really push things up a level, Kisumé' is offering the option of bottomless Dom Pérignon champagne alongside the dining experience. An additional $220pp may sound like a lot but you can’t put a price on excellence.
If you’re really looking to go out with a bang in 2021 there’s also the Kisumé's Chef’s Table option, a completely private dining experience for you and up to 12 of your nearest and dearest. Things edge up a bit price-wise at $550pp but you are led through the entire dining experience by Kisume’s Masterchef who’ll personally craft a multi-course Japanese feast including crayfish miso tartlets, 9+ grade Waygu beef, spanner crab, and caviar. Things really start to impress on the beverage side as well, with drinks pairing for the entire evening included.
