Sometimes in life, you've gotta ask the universe for exactly what you want to receive it. So, to whoever manifested a food truck slinging thousands of free tacos in Melbourne this week, we heard you and we salute you.

Urban List and Old El Paso have teamed up to bring you free—we repeat—free double-layer tacos in Melbourne this month.  Sound too good to be true? Head to one of the three locations to see it (and taste it) for yourself this October.

First up, the taco truck will be pulling up at Elwood Beach to serve the suburb with stacks of the delicious folded Mexican food item between 4–6pm on Wednesday, 26 October.

Can't make it that day? Try your luck at the truck when it parks in Brunswick from 12–2pm the next day on Thursday, 27 October. Or, if you want to start your weekend early, find the truck at O'Donnell Gardens in St Kilda on Friday, 28 October to grab your free lunch and kick off the weekend right. Taco 'bout free tasty goodness.

The best bit? You'll be able to try a double-layer taco on the house. Yep, double the taco and double the delicious. If you've never had one before, this is the ideal opportunity to sample the flavour and texture bomb that is the double-layer taco.
