We’re talking a wagyu beef intercostals skewer, lemongrass sate, topped with a whisky glaze and sprinkling of sawtooth coriander. Next on the menu is a mini Banh mi with BBQ crispy pork, fermented chilli, New Quarter’s bespoke pate, and pickles. For the seafood enthusiasts, dig into Banh Xeo Cracker, spanner crab, finger lime, and canh cua.
Don't love meat? No worries, there will be a beaut vego option of mini grilled asparagus with pickled shiitake, enoki, shiso crispy garlic, and yuzu soy.
You’ll of course be treated to a cocktail upon arrival with the option to purchase exclusive cocktails you won’t be able to try anywhere else throughout the night. Should sipping neat be more your thing, whisky tasting will also be available.
