THICC, The Cult-Favourite Instagram Bakery Have Set-Up Shop IRL In Melbourne

By

The cult-favourite THICC Cookies, an exclusively online gourmet bakery based in Sydney that delivers decadent sweet goodies Australia-wide, is making its mark in-store in Melbourne. THICC Cookies have joined forces with the burger empire, Burgertory to launch their loaded cookies and is here to stay.

With over 20 stores across Melbourne and ten more underway, Burgertory is an ideal host for THICC Cookies to debut and establish a name for itself among Melburnians.

THICC prides itself in ensuring its New York-style cookies and brownies are top-notch—indulgent, loaded, gooey and most importantly live up to its trademark—THICC. THICC Cookies will be launching five crowd-favourite flavours ranging from the classic ‘Choc Chip’ which features chunks of oozy Belgium Couverture milk chocolate; the ‘Tella Cookie’ with a velvety Nutella centre and ‘Cookies’n’Cream,’ which combines Oreos with its signature cookie dough; as well as ‘Red Velvet,’ which incorporates white chocolate chips. THICC’s ‘fairy bread’ inspired cookie, ‘Funfetti,’ which uses hundreds of thousands will also debut.

If loaded cookies aren’t your jam, THICC’s sibling brand BIGG Brownies will also be making an appearance at Burgertory, offering indulgent cakes and brownies. Pick your poison from fan-favourite vegan Biscoff Choc brownie glazed with Biscoff and garnished with Biscoff biscuits to the ‘Tella Rocher’ blondie featuring an oozy Nutella centre, topped with the iconic Ferrero Rocher. You can also expect to get your hands on the ‘Apple Crumble’ brownie which is filled with a hearty homemade compote from Granny Smith Apples and topped with a buttery crumble.

Some may also recall those 1kg monsters THICC were delivering to your door during lockdown,

Head down to your local Burgertory on June 10 Saturday where THICC Cookies and BIGG Brownies will be making their debut and serving up warm, melting-in-mouth and gooey goodness. The cookies and brownies will be available at all Burgertory locations.
