TotalFusion Is Bringing Its Luxe Wellness Playground To Melbourne In 2026
Melbourne’s about to score itself a serious new player in the wellness game. Australia’s award-winning health and fitness brand, TotalFusion, has just announced it’s finally making its way south, setting up shop in the heart of the city in early 2026.
Sitting pretty where Docklands meets the Yarra and the edge of the CBD, this multi-level, purpose-built wellness wonderland is shaping up to be a prime hybrid of a fitness studio, recovery hub, coworking space and social sanctuary. Basically, it’s your gym, office and third space rolled into one very sleek package.

The sprawling space will come loaded for every stage—training, recovery and refueling—with a packed premium gym floor featuring Technogym and Gym80 equipment and elevated city views.
Five boutique studios offer reformer Pilates, yoga, functional training, cycle and signature Fusion classes, while the wellness area includes magnesium plunge pools (hot and cold), infrared and traditional saunas, a steam room, cryotherapy, red light therapy, PEMF and a 25-metre pool. A Refuel café caps the experience, offering smoothies, coffee, and wellness-focused eats right on-site.
And if your workday’s calling, the new site will also feature coworking desks, sun-lit meeting rooms, a podcast studio and plush work lounges—so you can seamlessly shift from a morning sweat session straight into your 9-to-5 grind. With dedicated spaces for member-led events, workshops, and social gatherings, TotalFusion becomes a lifestyle destination that builds belonging for modern Melburnians.
The Melbourne launch marks a homecoming for founder Leon McNiece, a local who grew up here before building the brand interstate. "Many of the ideas behind TotalFusion were sparked by our experiences growing up here—and to now introduce this vision to Melbourne, and to create something that elevates the way people train, work and connect is incredibly meaningful to us," he says—bringing it all back to the city that inspired it.
The new venue will sit within Mirvac’s landmark LIV Aston community, marking a big collaboration between the developer and TotalFusion after their successful partnership in Brisbane.
