The Verdict

We honestly can't keep track of how many best pizza awards 400 Gradi have under their belt, and now the "world's best margarita" is finally coming to Eastland shopping center. No longer will you eastsiders have to travel across the river to get your hands on pizza extraordinaire Johnny Di Francesco's authentic Neapolitan style pizza.

Consistent with their three other establishments, the Eastland store boasts classic Italian-style interior textures with terrazzo polished floors and espresso ribboned walls.   

Although their margherita is a must order, 400 Gradi offers much more than just pizza, with more authentic Italian options than you can pronounce. Vamp up your dinner with a premium selection of cheese and sliced meats—the Gorgonzola is a match made in Italian heaven, complete with wagyu bresaola (air dried beef).

Finally, don't forget to spoil yourself at the end of the night with their equally impressive dessert menu. Their cannoli siciliani with ricotta and candied fruit, chocolate cream and pistacchio cream is everything a dessert should be—and a little more.
