Well get ready to have your expectations lifted by at least 25%, because Adina Hotel on Flinders St just underwent a multimillion-dollar refub, and they’ve installed 11 New York-style penthouse loft apartments.

The suits are all split level, with high ceilings and luxe finishes—expect hardwood timber and black granite as far as the eye can see. Each ones comes with a proper kitchen, ideal for longer CBD stays, plus hand-woven rugs, wingback high chairs, state-of-the-art gadgets and comfy linen sofas.

Up top you’ve got the spanking new rooftop pool and entertaining terrace, perched high about Flinders St. Some pretty speccy views of the Melbourne CBD too. 

“The idea was to transform the hotel into a space you could imagine in any cosmopolitan city in the world, whether it be New York, London or Paris,” says CEO Rachel Argaman.

Mission accomplished, my friend. Mission accomplished.
