If you’re an avid traveler we’ve found a place for you to revel in all your worldly adventures. Atlas dining is an intimate dining space with a casual courtyard and a changing menu. This restaurant has been created by Melbourne chef Charlie Carrington to explore different cuisines from around the world.
The menu will change three times a year to explore the tastes, and flavours of a different culture. Carrington is the real Eat, Pray, Love, and he intends to create the menus from his own travel experiences.
Currently, Atlas is focusing on delicious finger lickin’ Vietnamese cuisine. There’s wagyu beef with pho, squid with fermented daikon and Home-made tofu. Each dish is paired with a delightfully infused cocktail, as well as a range of local wines, ciders and craft beers.
This restaurant is bringing worldly tastes and flavors to the heart of South Yarra - and it’s absolutely delicious!
