The three hatted restaurant offers five to eight course dinners during the week, and a special Tuesday night Chef's Table where diners can critique Head Chef, Ben Shewry's, latest culinary experiments.

The menu is unapologetically Australian, a love-letter to native produce and a nod to quirks of the country's culture. Showcasing the highest quality produce on Fridays and Saturdays diners can enjoy a full degustation with a vegetarian option also on offer.
