The Verdict
Located in Melbourne’s nightlife capital, Fitzroy, Bad Decisions will quickly become your new favourite modern cocktail bar to catch up and relax with friends. Owners Dave and Tina Barrett may be familiar to some, also owning the infamous Laundry Bar and George’s Bar on Johnston Street. So it’s safe to say you’re in trusted hands here.
The Barretts place great importance on creating a positive and unique experience for their customers. Different from the fast-paced, get-as-many-customers-possible bars, Bad Decisions aims to provide an intimate journey for their customers. “If you can get a drink anywhere, a great bar needs to go over and above to provide great service, creative drinks, and friendly banter to keep people coming back,” says Tina. And we couldn't agree more.
The venue has plenty to offer aside from the cocktails, too. With two levels and an open-air courtyard, this watering-hole has an abundance of private and semi-private spaces to meet with friends. If you’re seriously feeling the cold even after a drink or two, Bad Decisions even has a fireplace to help warm you up and make you feel at home. So it's basically the perfect place to go when you want to have a little too much fun with your friends. With unique, quirky features and welcoming staff, we’re sure this bar will soon become your new local.

San Sebastian is a desired travel destination known for its top-notch cuisine and sandy village energy—and definitely not something you would expect to find on the shores of Williamstown Beach. Yet here we are, a restaurant that will have you feeling like you’re holidaying in the Basque region.
