Aisha and Azem Dzevlan, the dynamic duo behind Richmond institution Black Gold, are at it again. And this time, they’ve created another hotspot in Elsternwick. 

Bad Liar is taking over Elsternwick mornings one plate at a time. The menu is lined with pure deliciousness—whether you're grabbing a quick bite to take away with your coffee or staying in to catch up with a friend, this place has it all. 

Let’s talk banana pancakes: fluffy, light and bursting with flavour, served with peanut butter cream, seasonal fruits, and topped with a hazelnut peanut crumble, these babies are a definite must during your visit. If you’re in a hurry though, grab the house-made muffins, stacked toasties (we’re talking free-range chicken, avo and egg...hell yes) or pastries and you won’t be disappointed. Bad Liar is flooded with absolute takeaway goodness.

Much to the same as their counterpart Black Gold, all your coffee cravings will be fuelled by ONA Specialty coffee, a rich aromatic blend that’s wonderfully addictive. If coffee is not your thing, their line up of housemade juices are absolutely to die for.
