The team behind MoVida have just launched their newest bar/tapas restaurant, and this Hosier Lane gem is living up to the legacy of its predecessors.

Bar Tini was inspired by Spanish bodegas, and much of their menu and vibe has been influenced by the this, right down to selling the wine you’ve sampled in the bar and having all food available to take home.

The menu is uniquely Spanish featuring tapas and preserved seafood and pickles. If you want to get a taste for the seafood, then the ‘Tini’s House Cured Seafood’ plate will give you a spread that showcases what Bar Tini is all about. However, this place isn’t just about the seafood—with bar snacks and tapas like pork and beef croquettes, marinated olives and quail, Bar Tini has everyone’s drink and snack desires covered.

The vision for Bar Tini was to provide brilliant food and drinks to enjoy at any time of the evening, catering to the early diners as well as the late night passer-by who isn’t quite ready to call it a night. Nestled in the graffiti-laden Hosier Lane, this intimate bar has spared no attention to detail, and the array of artisan food and drinks is sure to make it a hit in this iconic Melbourne laneway.
