The Verdict

Low and slow American BBQ has come to the south-eastern burbs—beef brisket, pulled pork and smoked chicken have arrived to Moorabbin!

Huddled away in an industrial strip, Big Pig Little Pig is serving up some of the best BBQ on the south side. You can grab yourself some select cuts of meat, or tuck into one of the Big Pig Share Platters with your mates.

Sides include mac and cheese, fried chicken wings, house made pickles, ‘slaw, and a bunch of other American inspired goodies. But what makes it even better? Sides start from $2, and a 100g of brisket or ribs is just $7. It's the perfect place for a hearty feed, and you don’t have to break the piggy bank either.

They’re also serving up a bunch of local and imported beers and ciders on tap, as well as a heap of spirits and wines for you to enjoy in their beer garden, and have even nailed the cocktails—try the Briar Patch for a real kick. You can pick up take away from these guys on weekdays, or pop by the restaurant after a day at the office.
