Located on Glen Waverley's bustling Kingsway strip, The Black Toro is a restaurant that takes a fresh approach to Hispanic cuisine. Opened in 2012, their seasonal menu features 'poco plates' perfect for nibbling, 'grande plates' for those after a heartier feed and a dessert menu that'll please the sweetest of tooths (hello deconstructed peanut butter cheesecake). All this, plus a killer cocktail list that mixes the classics with Latin American flavours. Can anyone say 'arrrrriba!'?
