If you’re looking to unwind in an urban sanctuary, complete with a vintage glass front, overhanging plants and retractable roof, Bourke Street Green has you covered.
This spot really lives up to its name: with plenty of light and greenery, you can sip on yummy cocktails and delectable nibbles in a beautiful glasshouse setting. Gone are the days of the dank and dark pub—the future is green and filled with light.
Lead mixologist, Michael Somanuslert (ex-Gazi) has curated a cocktail list full of flavour and locally-made produce, so you won’t have to sip on a sad, lukewarm beer here.
From gin-infused watermelon to arancini flights paired with locally brewed beers, Bourke Street Green also delivers tasty new pairings that’ll have you coming back for more.
The bar is open Mondays through Fridays, 11:30 am till late, making it an ideal space for lunchtime bites and after-work drinks. It’s also open Saturdays, 11 am till late, offering endless trapizzinos, brews and cocktails for 90-minute sessions at $59 per person.
