Straight outta Beechworth, Bridge Road Brewers is gearing up to unveil their brand new venue in Brunswick East. Known for their rustic, gold rush-style aesthetic and variety of craft beers, the new venture will be a tad different - while still having a huge assortment of at least 30 beers on tap, the trimmings will be more glossy and streamlined.
With interior artwork from local legend D.R.E.Z, there’ll also be two outdoor areas and multiple dining rooms, so feel free to pick the space that best matches your vibe.
Of course, the pièce de résistance is the working brewery smack bang in the middle of the establishment. Cranking out venue-exclusive craft beers, there’s sure to be something for everyone on tap.
There will also be a cellar bar for more a intimate vibe, where wines from Victoria’s Northeast region will be at the forefront, and Beechworth Vignerons in particular as the main showcase. “We have an obvious connection and passion for wine from our hometown and region and look forward to collaborating with drinks producers to further celebrate the Northeast,” says founder and owner Ben Kraus.
The menu will focus on elevated Australian cuisine, a decided step up from traditional brewery food. Alongside collaborating with local producers, seasonal produce is going to be on offer. 18 years in the making, the new undertaking will be found in East Brunswick Village, and can seat up to 350 people.
