Taking over the gorgeous old former school on St Andrews Street, Brighton, the Brighton Schoolhouse cafe boasts a huge courtyard for outdoor eating with a kids' playground too. Indoors, the big vaulted space has been fitted out with a stylish minimalism. A health-conscious menu focuses on sustainable and ethical feeds sourced form farmers, fishermen and foragers.
