The verdict
Neil Perry (yes, of Rockpool restaurant fame) has blessed us with his first ethical Burger Project eatery to open in Melbourne. Perry's new Melbourne restaurant is situated in St Collins Lane, the stunning fashion precinct that's also home to a bevvy of eateries too. Because shopping makes us hungry, duh.
Perry's kitchen serves up his delicious wagyu beef burger, alongside Rockpool's signature Pilsner, delicious sweet desserts and some tasty chicken and vegetarian options too. Call yourself a burger fan? You'll want to hoof it down here for a little patty goodness and some retail therapy, pronto.
