The Verdict
Over the last 8,000 years, we’ve been gradually pumping more and more additives and preservatives to our bread to cater to the masses, but you won’t find anything artificial at Burnham Bakery.
This is the second site for Burnham Bakery after the original at Burnham Beeches in Sherbrooke. The bakery creates true artisan bread using biodynamic and sustainable practices, and of course, they use only the finest ingredients sourced from around Victoria.
Visit to pick up a loaf of your favourites like white, rye, wholemeal and grain or go something a bit different and choose from their range of bread using Emmer, Spelt and Heirloom wheat.
