Offering contemporary Australian cuisine in sleek surrounds, you can chow down on tasty feeds like wallaby sirloin or twice-cooked caramelised saltbush lamb and the best bit is, Charcoal Lane is doing great work with aboriginal youth too, training them up in the kitchen.
