The verdict
Cheerio in Richmond is one heck of a cute café. With a peely blue paint wooden door, white-washed walls and brown leather bar stools, this hole-in-the-wall has been a knockout success amongst the Richmond locals and serial brunchers alike. The coffee is sublime as they're brewing Seven Seeds, and equally excellent food makes this newcomer one of the best brunch spots in Melbourne. Try the toasted briont (croissant x brioche) with lemon curd, or grab some sangas at lunch time. The seating is seriously limited (15 people, yikes!) so get in there early!
