Port Melbourne's CHOP is dedicated to the perfect bite, every bite. It's the beauty of a chopped sandwich—every ingredient is cut small, mixed and cooked together in a way that makes sure every bite sees every flavour. 

Taking inspiration from New York bodegas, and operating out of a bright red shipping container, CHOP's entire menu is built on chopped sandwiches. The classic chopped cheese is, naturally, the signature menu item, but the offering includes staples like the chicken Ceasar and Italian cold cuts sandwiches, plus standout surprises, including a crispy pork belly banh mi-inspired sandwich. All chopped, of course.
