The popular Thai kitchen, Colonel Tans, is located within the busy bar and nightclub, Revolver Upstairs, and has become a true institution on Chapel Street, Prahran. This is another colourful and tasty venture from the culinary team that bought us Cookie, The Toff in Town, and Boney. Colonel Tans melds traditional Thai food with an American Diner feel, and houses a collection of eclectic furniture in a relaxed and cozy space. Make sure you get in early on Thursdays when the menu is half price for locals!
