Specialising in simple toast options that include fig and honey, mozzarella, avocado and tomato, and the traditional Vegemite, the team behind the venture (which includes alumni of Addict, Seven Seeds, and Twenty & Six Espresso) are taking a pared back approach to breakfast in Melbourne. Coffee gets the minimalist treatment too—it's black, white, filter or nothing, making morning breakfast decisions easy.
