Here, pizza is the port of call, with the thinnest, crispiest bases and fine Italian ingredients, however the mozzarella bar boasts an incredible selection of cheesy goods (just look at the map to see where yours comes from) that warrant a dairy degustation. Typically Italian, expect DOC to be loud, busy and brimming with cheeky waiters, so you may have to wait come peak hour, but you'll know it was worth your time once you bite into that famous pizza.
