Earl Canteen's Collins Place shop serves up the best sandwiches in Melbourne. You won't find any pre-made ham, cheese and tomato focaccias here; all baguettes are made to order and filled to the brim with everything from crispy skin pork belly (to die for!) to wagyu meatballs and sugo.
