The verdict
When Einstein's 251 opened in Caulfied not too long ago, it was genius. Pun intended. But seriously, a cafe brewing Small Batch coffee, dishing out all day breakfast, great lunches and serving fizzy drinks in beakers? There's a science to everything they do here and the Einstein team have perfected the recipe for a great Melbourne cafe. Sidenote: it's called Einstein's because the landlord was born in the same town as Albert himself.
