Ezard is a Melbourne dining institution, synonymous with opulence. Teage Ezard's acclaimed restaurant offers a fine dining experience within the stylish basement of the CBD's Adelphi Hotel. Enjoy à la carte Asian fusion, or opt for what many consider the best degustation in Melbourne. The menu can also be tailored for vegetarians, although we cannot see how you'd pass up the famous pork hock. One for a special occasion - make sure you get in early as there is often a waiting list for Friday and Saturday nights.
