Melbourne's favourite slow cooked BBQ joint is setting up shop in Bourke Street and there's even a rooftop bar—winning! If you are yet to try Fancy Hank's famous 20-hour smoked meat then you have yet to live, my friend. With no gas and no electricity, the boys behind Fancy Hank's impress by smoking premium, locally sourced Victorian meat in traditional wood-fired BBQ's and custom-built smokers. Next time you hold your monthly BBQ you may want to grab a few tips from these guys.

Choose from a range of options from The Pit Masters Selections menu. If you're hungry, the Fast Feed is a simple winner with brisket, chicken wings and fries, however if you're on the bulk, try adding some mac n' cheese or some hush puppies (deep fried cornbread nuggets).

Now for the alcohol. Upstairs is to Hank's rooftop sister bar—Good Heavens—which boasts wicked views, a local DJ and a fun selection of curated beers, cocktails, and wine. It's the perfect way to rest and digest and mentally kick yourself for eating so much. But hey, totally worth it.
